The best protection is to have an anti-virus program installed and active on your computer.
However, if a virus is already present your anti-virus may not be able to remove it. When this happens an online anti-virus may be able to remove the virus. If neither kind of anti-virus succeeds in removing the infection, please call your local support number to make an appointment to bring your computer in for repair.
